Mr. Radhey Shyam Mishra (IAS) with administrative experience of nearly three decades has served in different capacity with the Government of UP throughout his bureaucratic career. A vibrant and skilled bureaucrat, Mr. Mishra has been associated with elections of more than 5 states and has been awarded ‘Shrestha UP Ratna Award’ in 2022.
